Our Quality Goals ;

Tolga Plastik sets and follows annual quality targets for each appropriate activity and level. Within the scope of the Quality Management System, legal conditions, strategic plan, and other top policy documents were taken into consideration while setting the targets, and in this framework, previously encountered non-conformities were also evaluated together with the opinions of the employees. In addition, measurable control criteria are determined based on processes and process performances are monitored. These targets are finalized and evaluated at the Management Review meetings. The targets are consistent with the Quality Policy, including the commitment to continuous improvement. The targets are evaluated within the commitment to continuous improvement, their realization is followed, and revisions are made if necessary. The determination of the goals and targets and the monitoring of the deviations in the targets because of the implementations are carried out according to the relevant support documents.
