Tolga Plastik sets and tracks annual quality goals at every relevant activity and level. Within the scope of the Quality Management System, while creating goals, legal requirements, strategic plans, and other top-level policy documents have been considered, and in this framework, previous non-conformities have been evaluated together with the employees' opinions. Furthermore, measurable control criteria have been defined for processes, and process performance is monitored. These goals are finalized and evaluated in the Management Review meetings. The goals are consistent with the Quality Policy and include a commitment to continuous improvement. The goals are evaluated within the context of continuous improvement, tracked for completion, and revisions are made when necessary. The determination of objectives and goals and the monitoring of deviations in these goals are carried out according to the relevant supporting documents.

With this aim, we commit to preventing pollution in all our activities, minimizing pollution at the source, controlling our waste and promoting recycling, controlling the consumption of natural resources, increasing environmental awareness among our employees, and ensuring compliance with legal and customer-specific conditions. We will adhere to local, national, and international rules and laws, cooperate with official institutions, prioritize environmental and human health protection, give importance to training and activities that promote these, and review our environmental objectives and goals annually to ensure the continuous improvement of the 'Environmental Management System.'
