Ultrasonic Welding and Insert Fitting

We perform plastic-to-plastic welding and metal-to-plastic joining using ultrasonic welding. The ultrasonic welding method is the conversion of electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy. To achieve successful plastic welding, several factors such as amplitude, bonding time, pressure, and horn design must be considered. The most common application in plastic welding is the bonding of thermoplastic parts formed from two injection molds. They can be joined through point bonding or with different designs at the joints. Thanks to our advanced design network, we manufacture all of our horns in-house.
